The TDM Hub is where you find the tools your agents need to succeed. From search engines and financial analyzers to translation tools, capabilities are reviewed as plugins and skills before they are attached to a contour.
Start from the website or local Dashboard catalog. Match by supported intent, permissions, checksum, publisher, governance family, install cost, stability, review status, and pricing mode.

When you install a plugin, the Dashboard asks the SDK for an install plan first. The plan lists dependencies, remote checkout requirements, local checkout paths, security decisions, and the exact workspace/contour target before any install mutates state.
