Legal Surface
These pages describe the current public TDM beta posture for terms, privacy, and security. They are written to match the product that is publicly documented today: the TDM SDK, the public payment APIs at https://tdm.todealmarket.com, Session Gas Tank, seller payouts, and anonymous aggregate telemetry.
Terms of Service
Last updated: March 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the current public TDM beta stack, including the website, public payment APIs, SDK, CLI, MCP tooling, checkout, and related documentation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TDM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service, SDK, CLI, checkout, or public payment APIs.
2. Beta Service Scope
TDM is currently offered as a beta developer platform. Public documentation is intended to describe the product as it exists today, but features, limits, pricing, and supported workflows may change as the beta stack evolves.
3. Your Responsibilities
When you use TDM, you are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your wallets, keys, tokens, and credentials,
- ensuring your integration transmits lawful and accurate payment instructions,
- testing your own implementation before production use, and
- complying with applicable laws, sanctions rules, and digital asset regulations.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use TDM to support unlawful activity, including:
- fraud, theft, or deceptive commercial practices,
- money laundering or sanctions evasion,
- malware delivery, unauthorized access, or service abuse, or
- content or payment flows that violate applicable law.
5. Wallets, Networks, and Third-Party Infrastructure
TDM may interact with public blockchains, wallet software, RPC providers, swap or routing services, and other third-party infrastructure. Those systems operate independently of TDM and may introduce delays, failures, fees, or other risks outside TDM's direct control.
6. Seller-Managed Delivery and Content
In the current beta, TDM may gate access to a payable file, note, route, or other digital resource, but TDM does not automatically become the storage host, antivirus scanner, or full moderation layer for that content.
If you register delivery URLs, inline content, or other seller-managed resources, you remain responsible for the legality, safety, quality, and accuracy of the content you deliver, including files hosted on third-party services such as cloud storage or document-sharing platforms.
7. Fees and Pricing
Public pricing may change over time. Where the public beta stack currently documents a pricing policy, that documentation is descriptive of the current implementation and not a permanent guarantee unless TDM explicitly states otherwise.
8. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
TDM does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for assessing whether a TDM integration is appropriate for your use case and regulatory obligations.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TDM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Beta services in particular may contain errors, incomplete behavior, integration gaps, or changes in functionality.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDM will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party infrastructure, wallet misuse, key compromise, network congestion, blockchain finality issues, unsafe seller-managed delivery links, malicious uploaded content, or integrator-side mistakes.
11. Changes
TDM may update these Terms as the product and legal posture evolve. Continued use of TDM after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
